Founded in 1900 by Jos\u00e9 Aguil\u00f3 Pomar<\/strong> in S\u00f3ller, Embutidos Aguil\u00f3 became the first company in Mallorca dedicated to producing sobrasada. Within a few years, the company expanded across Mallorca, mainland Spain, North Africa, southern France, and even to Cuba and Puerto Rico.
\nIn the 1980s, Bartolom\u00e9 Frau Oliver<\/strong> led a new stage of development, introducing modern technology and fully certified facilities.<\/p>\n
