Mallorca Sobrasada and Camaiot

Only carefully selected pork and the finest paprika are combined to create La Luna sobrasada. An exceptional cured sausage, crafted with care and backed by over 100 years of experience. It is slowly and naturally cured to reach its perfect point, developing an unmistakable bouquet and aroma that make La Luna sobrasada a truly outstanding product.

Our finest sobrasada: La Luna Mallorca black pig sobrasada. Made from fresh meat of the native Mallorcan breed, raised on local farms and fed with natural products. The best cuts —such as loin and ham— are selected and expertly blended with premium paprika and sea salt. After optimal curing, the result is a high-quality sobrasada that satisfies even the most demanding palates.

Thanks to its shape, collada sobrasada cures quickly and is traditionally the first to be enjoyed after slaughter. La Luna Collada sobrasada combines this tradition with our hallmark quality. Its shorter curing process gives it a distinctive and much-appreciated flavor and aroma. Ideal for eating fresh or grilled.

Poltrú
Poltrú

Due to its large size, poltrú undergoes a long natural curing process, developing rich aromas and deep flavor. Weighing between two and four kilograms, it is especially suitable for hospitality and large-scale consumption.

``Cular`` Sobrasada

Traditionally the most prized piece among local farmers, cular sobrasada was reserved for special occasions. La Luna preserves this heritage. Made using over a century of expertise and slowly cured in optimal cellar conditions, it reaches exceptional quality. Large pieces, perfect for slicing.

Following nearly 120 years of tradition, our extra fuet is made exclusively with fresh, high-quality meat, seasoned with salt and spices to give it our distinctive touch. It is naturally cured in our cellars for up to three weeks, developing its full flavor and aroma. Naturally gluten-free and lactose-free.

A traditional Balearic sausage, especially from Menorca. At La Luna, we follow the original 1900 recipe, combining lean pork and bacon, seasoned with salt, black pepper, and spices. It is naturally cured for a minimum of four weeks, developing its full aroma and flavor. Gluten-free and lactose-free.

In 2011, we opened the oldest part of the factory, where the original 1900 machinery remains fully operational. This unique exhibition allows visitors to explore both traditional and modern production methods.

The guided tour includes the natural drying room and the old sawmill, now used as a tasting area.
