


Founded in 1900 by José Aguiló Pomar in Sóller, Embutidos Aguiló became the first company in Mallorca dedicated to producing sobrasada. Within a few years, the company expanded across Mallorca, mainland Spain, North Africa, southern France, and even to Cuba and Puerto Rico.
In the 1980s, Bartolomé Frau Oliver led a new stage of development, introducing modern technology and fully certified facilities.
Today, Embutidos Aguiló S.L. La Luna successfully combines over a century of tradition with modern production and food safety standards, preserving an essential part of Mallorca’s cultural heritage. The company is widely recognised for the quality and craftsmanship of its products.
