Our finest sobrasada: La Luna Mallorca black pig sobrasada. Made from fresh meat of the native Mallorcan breed, raised on local farms and fed with natural products. The best cuts—such as loin and ham—are selected and expertly blended with premium paprika and sea salt. After optimal curing, the result is a high-quality sobrasada that satisfies even the most demanding palates.
Thanks to its shape, collada sobrasada cures quickly and is traditionally the first to be enjoyed after slaughter. La Luna Collada sobrasada combines this tradition with our hallmark quality.
